A new concept of gastronomy rediscovering the finest culinary excellence of the entire Alps. Naturalness and respect for health in a selection of exclusive “handmade” products using genuine mountain flavors, fragrances and colors. In addition to these, handmade “Pasta Fresca”, the specialty of “Gastronomia Alpina Mello”. 180 Av. Jean Jaurés – La Roche sur Foron – Haute Savoie – France.
A modern design but in full harmony with tradition. Inspired by mountain “crote” where cheese used to be matured, the setting uses eco-friendly wood in line with international trends, but with classic, easily recognizable “made in Italy” design forms, achieving an ageless look. A place where cultures merge seamlessly and everyone finds something of home. Simple, but not bare. With the texture and colors of wood and stone. Elegant but not trendy. Warm and well-lit where the focus is on the product.
